 ~ Identification and coordination of subcontractors as needed (architect, kitchen and bathroom planner, painter,                  paperhanger, woodworker/cabinetmaker, upholsterer, seamstress, electrician, handyman, landscaper)

 ~ Assistance with furniture and accessory placement
